How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

One Piece Fanfiction Rantings

Okay, so I was looking for another story to add to my watch list on Fanfiction.net. So I'm scrolling through One Piece with Law as one of the subjects and am currently fisting myself in the cheek.

-Law Fanfics-

Why do people think it makes sense to pair Law with an OC who lives on his sub with him?

Seriously... Think about it.

There's about 20 fanfics with him and an OC, girl of course, all with her riding with him and whatnot throughout the grand line. Some have good ideas but I refuse to read them at ALL because of this one little thing...

His crew.

Uh, DUH. This is why LawStass is my OTP. I just can't pair him with any girls at all because of his crew. EventhenIprobablywouldn'tbutstill. But seriously? The entire crew are all perverted has hell, and then these people on Fanfic.net think that one can just whoozy up and get Law to fall in love with her the second they clash eyes? Come ON people. Get some imagination. Urgh. It's so annoying. Half of them are where he buys her from the Grove 1 auction at Sabaody Archipelago because she was 'interesting and glared at everyone/seemed completely oblivious'. And the other half is, of course, 'girl gets dropped into One Piece' load of bull. Okay, a few rare ones actually have decent reasons for her to be on the sub, and Law stealing the sub and its female mechanic demanding to be paid for it does NOT count as one. Arghalsgnafsdngdajh//// Am I the only one annoyed by this? =.=''.........

-Luffy Fanfics-

This one makes even LESS sense, believe it or not, than Law's. Just... He doesn't invite just ANYONE into his crew. Their dreams all correlate with each other. The fanfics I've seen with Luffy are just 'oh yeah! you're interesting! join my crew already and get in my pants and be my bitch!'. Jesus Christ, kill me now. One, Luffy's too much of a complete IDIOT to really care about romance. Second, give the girl a fucking DREAM to complete people... Luffy doesn't want just anyone on his crew and if he did One Piece wouldn't be the specialmegaawesomeshiznitz it is today. Really. Third, Luffy has no time for romance. GTFO.

-Zoro Fanfics-

Urgh, this one's as bad as Luffy's. Zoro doesn't really care about love either! Why can't anyone see it ORZ. All he cares about is completing his dream of being master swordsman while helping Luffy become Pirate King. He doesn't care about girls like that anyway. Think about it.

All he loves is sake.

-Any other Fanfics-

Don't make sense. Done.

I totally agree with what you were ranting about. These enormous amount of random fanfictions where one of the hot looking guys (most popular "victims": Ace, Luffy, Sanji, Law, Zoro,... the list goes on though) gets paired with some random OC is really pissing me off, plus it's getting so over rated, since their occurence keeps increasing. I mean wtf?? And what's pissing me off the most is the gigantic lack of ideas. Well what you said about that the characters don't really have a background story, or a dream. They are just there and that's their permission to stay with Luffy and his crew :U
And point taken there :XD: Luffy is way to ignorant and... let's face the fact, too stupid to be able to have a relationship. Well for now at least. All his mind is filled up with is his crew, adventures, becoming stronger to protect said crew, meat and the romanticism of a life as a free pirate.

Why not go back to canon x canon love?? :dummy:
